The Nice Guys Movie – London Premiere
So on Thursday night The Nice Guys Movie premiere happened at the Odeon in Leicester Square. I arrived to a sea of fans screaming and fighting to catch a glimpse of my sequinned dress, (lol if only my outfits made such an impact!), no they were there to star spot and try and grab a pic with the incredibly handsome, stylish and witty leading man of the film Ryan Gosling. Along with his talented co-star Russell Crowe and adorable on screen daughter Angourie Rice.
Both the actors are as funny in real life as they are in this hilarious 1970’s comedy set in LA where their on screen chemistry makes for the funniest film I’ve definitely seen this year.
So when we arrived at the Red Carpet, (on no wait a minute orange carpet) with palm trees and pristine white cadillac I felt sure I had just walked onto an LA film set. I did try my best to dress with a bit of a 70’s vibe with a gorgeous head to toe sequinned dressed by Barrus Official. After the film we went to a fab afterparty at Hippodrome and I must say what a party, I’m still suffering now. They had a live band playing the best 70/80’s music, it was just a great way to end the night after such a witty and fun film.
So to get myself Red Carpet Ready, I started off the week with 3D lashes at my local Salon 112 which are great especially when you are being pictured from a distance, along with an eyebrow shape and tint so I only had to add a little powder to shape my brows on the night.
Then the day before the premiere I headed back to Salon 112 for a Red Carpet Facial.
So basically the treatment I had is perfect for a one-off treatment that can get your face looking plumper, refreshed and just glowing ready for any red carpet or special event like a wedding, here’s what they did:
The Red Carpet facial included a cleanse, then light peel followed by an infusion of Fusion Mesotherapy ingredients that are applied via a gentle needle called nappage technique which touches the top surface of the skin over the entire face and neck. You feel a tingly sensation for a short while and my face went red for 20 minutes but after that oh my god my skin was plumped, glossy and gorg. So I definitely recommend this for a special occasion.
Then the day of the premiere I headed to my hairdressers Inanch London for highlights with Giacomo and a super straight blow-dry with Vessy.
Here’s a little look at what I was wearing:
