Every so often we will all wake up with severe pain in our neck. Usually, this is because we have slept on it in a weird way. Perhaps you stretched across the bed with your head bent over putting pressure on it for hours. If you are careful when you are waking up, you can avoid causing severe pain. However, if your alarm jolts you awake you’re going to snap up, and you might hear your neck click. At that point, you can experience severe levels of pain. You can also damage your neck playing sports or exercising. You could fall on it awkwardly, or you could simply stretch it a little too far. Turning your neck rapidly can result in that painful click that will make it feel stiff for days.

Well, you can start by using heat to help fix your neck. Heat on your neck will soothe the muscles and help it relax. You can either use heat pads, have a long soak in the bath or even spend half an hour in shower. Once you get out you should feel like the pain is already starting to subside.

This can be painful, but if you can reach the point, you can fix your neck and relieve pain. It will also mean that it heals faster.
