Me Time with Rituals

Before life with a husband and kids my world quite selfishly revolved around four things: work, jet setting, partying and pampering. Not for a second will I deny how much I loved my younger selfish ways. I was jet setting around the world, partying far too much and then had the knock on indulgence of pampering me time sessions to the max. Daily yoga and meditation, weekly massages, facials and any of the latest beauty crazes I had time to fit into my crazy schedule. But that manic schedule has been replaced with the chaos of juggling my working life and a very active and busy social and family life. So in all this madness one thing tends to slip quite regularly and that’s my me time which I used to love oh so much.

I’ve got a 6 year old daughter and 5 month old baby boy at home, I’ve just been full on back to work with a chaotic London Fashion Week and again had forgotten the all important me time I go on about to my readers all the time. So luckily for me Rituals Cosmetics invited me to an evening of purifying and cleansing with some reflexology and meditation thrown in just at the perfect time when my poor feet needed it post LFW.

The evening was all about remembering to take time out, ME time. And it’s so important ladies. With a guided meditation by the fabulous ladies from inner space, we drank Rituals mint tea and indulged in reflexology. Envisage the scene; candles on, lights low and some other lovely ladies to mingle with and chat beauty, relaxation and inner calm.

The fabulous team at Trace took great pleasure in indulging all of us in some quality and much needed ME Time so thanks guys and girls. The guided meditation was just splendid, I couldn’t believe that in a room full of people and still high on LFW adrenaline that I found such calm in the middle of a room in the heart of the city.

Not only that but the reflexology was just divine so thankyou Keah Lan I just floated out of their and kept my inner calm whilst on the tube. I chatted with a pair of gorgeous girlies Ashley James and Lauren Hutton who both embraced the reflexology and calm of the evening.

Checkout these quotes ladies and make sure you give yourselves that much needed ME Time its so important if you want to be a better an healthier human being and mother if you are one.

With thanks to Trace Publicity and Rituals UK.
