Enough nicotine can cause the blood vessels to narrow, which leads to the skin sagging and wrinkling prematurely.

Next up, the things that you should be getting. You probably already have a pretty good diet already, but you should still look for ways you can bump up your vitamin C intake. Collagen, the main structural protein making up your skin, depends heavily on your levels of vitamin C. Without a good amount of this nutrient, amino acids wouldn’t be able to bond and replenish your collagen. Leafy vegetables such as broccoli and sprouts, along with fruits like oranges and kiwis, are all fantastic sources of vitamin C. Once you tweak your diet enough, you’ll start to notice wrinkles becoming less visible and deep. You should also try to consume more antioxidants. Getting more of these is good for several reasons. One class of antioxidant which is beneficial to the skin are catechins, which are found in green tea. Leafy vegetables such as spinach contain a lot of lutein, which you should also be getting.
