When you say you don’t have enough time for a good workout, we actually believe you. Today we’re always busy, but, at the same time, we`d like to get fit. How could we do that? How to get body strength if our time is limited, and it doesn’t seem real to find four or five hours a week to spend working out. Don`t worry!  We try to help you realize how to tone your body at home from head to toe in less time than it takes to scroll through your newsfeed. All you need is a pair of 3- to 5-pound dumbbells, only 5 minutes of your busy schedule and, of course, trendy and comfortable reebok womens shoes.

So regardless of your skill set and fitness level, you can have an effective fat-burning, muscle-building workout and spare just five minutes a day! Here are 5 exercises to do every day, which together work your entire body. Watch the clock as you perform the following exercises, completing as many of each as you can in 1 minute.

To perform the Balancing Deadlift Row, stand straight with your feet together and your knees slightly bent, holding the dumbbells in both your hands. Balance on your right leg, keeping your knee slightly bent and lean your hips forward, while extending your left leg up behind your hip. Don’t forget to keep your spine naturally straight, trying to form a straight line from your left heel to the crown of your head. Row your dumbbells up by your sides, holding your abs in tight to help with balance. Hold this pose for a few seconds and then slowly lower the dumbbells back down. Repeat on the other leg.

Start Plié squat with biceps curl standing with your feet a little wider than hip-width apart. Your knees and toes should point out to the sides. Hold the dumbbells in your hands in front of you, palms front. Bend your knees 90 degrees so you’re in a wide plié squat, while simultaneously curl your dumbbells up to your shoulders in a biceps curl. Hold this for a few seconds and return to start.

Hold a pair of the dumbbells, stand with feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees. Take a big step out to the right with your right leg, while simultaneously lifting your hands up to your body until your elbows are even with your shoulders. Hold this for a few seconds and then lower your arms.

With a dumbbell in each hand (by the way, your palms should face your torso), stand with your feet hip-width apart. Then bend your knees and bring your torso forward by bending at the waist. Keep your back straight until it`s almost parallel to the floor. Start lifting the dumbbells by bending your elbows out of the sides. When your shoulder blades pinch together in the back hold this pose for a few seconds and then slowly lower the dumbbells again to the starting position.

Plank with triceps kickbacks

Hold a dumbbell in each hand and get into a plank position with your feet hip-width apart for a better support. Then start lifting your left hand up and back, of course, keeping it straight. Hold this for a few seconds and lower your arm to the starting position. Switch the sides and repeat this exercise.

So if you`re not looking to achieve CrossFit-level power, 5-minute daily strength training will be enough to gain strength and keep yourself in good form. Follow these exercises and enjoy your life!
